Return Day President, Rosalie Walls, wishes to share with you that just this week we have gotten notification that will allow the Sussex County Return Day Committee and the Town of Georgetown to NOT to have the high level security like was seen in 2008 and 2010.Road closures will be kept to a minimum, closer to what Return Day was like in the 1990's and early 2000's.The Ox Roast will be back on the Circle, food vendors will be on North Bedford Street as they were before.  The Wednesday night bands, starting with Skinny Leg Pete at 5 PM followed by Big Hat No Cattle, and rounding out the evening with the Funsters, who will all be appearing on the big stage on the Circle.There is going to be a Horseshoe and Corn-hole tournament Wednesday night on the circle. The VFW beer wagon and 16 Mile Brewery will be on hand both Wednesday night and Thursday.We are also having for the first time a cupcake decorating contest.Please come out and enjoy Return Day November 8th as we plan to celebrate our RETURN back to the good old days of the tradition!Forms for Parade entries, vendor spots, carriage participation, flyers and information for the tournaments are all on the web-site.  Check out these and all of the other exciting plans at our new website, www.returnday.org, which was designed and donated by Inclind, Inc., local Web Development Company here in Georgetown
